Vegetable tanned upholstery leather
This type of leather is the thinnest and softest leather that we offer. It ranges from 1.1 mm to 2mm.This leather is most commonly used for interiors, small leather products and furniture.

Vegetable tanned tooling sides
This type of leather is the “all use” selection. It ranges from 2 – 2.5 mm and has firm but adaptable characteristics. It is most commonly used for horse saddlery, shoes, furniture, interior, bags and small leather goods. You have the option of ordering this leather “soft”; the hides are tumbled in a drum to break the fiber structure. This is a common process for shoe leather.
