Description
Flexible long-reining surcingle with articulated ring arch for maximum adjustability. Horsehair padded panels for a perfect fit. Designed and developed in collaboration with Anders Eriksson, who has extensive experience of long-reining.
The ring frame is designed with two top rings, which makes it possible to adapt the long- reins to a higher position.
All fittings are made of stainless steel.
Extra options
Combined the surcingle with girth or padded elastic girth. Please note that the surcingle girth is sold separately.
A good complement is a backstrap with a tail cap. It stabilizes the surcingle and prevents it from advancing towards the horse’s shoulders. The backstrap with the tail cap can you found here.
For a personal touch you can choose to wrap your arch in leather. The arch can be changed with easy assembly.
Size
Our surcingle is available in Full and Pony sizes. Pony size is recommended for A-D ponies.
With different lengths of the surcingle girth, the range can be adjusted, which makes the surcingle very flexible and fits many different types of horses.

Craftmanship
All our products are handcrafted by experienced artisans at our in-house saddlery using vegetable tanned leather from Swedish bovine hides. The majority of our hides are sourced from local farmers in the county of Uppland.
