All our products are made from vegetable-tanned leather. This means the leather is treated with natural tanning agents from plants, instead of chromium and other chemicals. Vegetable-tanned leather is also hard-wearing, dimensionally stable, and durable. Over time, it develops a beautiful natural patina—meaning the product not only lasts long but also becomes more beautiful the more it’s used and cared for.
